These are the things that give us pause.

Another biggie for me, Listerine or generic mouthwash. (I always go Listerine, and I always feel guilty about it!)

I won't use listerine because it's highly alcoholic (not in the good sense ) the alcohol (like rubbing alcohol) will kill new cells that are healing (gums for instance). I only brush and use a water pik now.....
