I read through the entire thread and my best guess without PMing the Mod that closed it was language.

Granted, most of the language was from October of last year, but since that thread got bumped to the top it probably caught someone's eye.

Sounds fair, but arent mods supposed to notify/ list the reason a thread is locked

I always try to when I lock threads, but sometimes we miss that step. I'll bring it up to the mod in question for future reference.

I'm not even close to the best mod, but I do appreciate the compliment and I always try to be fair and share information.

I actually think Raj is one of the best...if not THE best...mods on the board.

Well in my experience you are always fair and provide information...I think in a nutshell thats all the users of the board look for.

A good mod, in my opinion, is someone that can fairly enforce the rules regardless of who is posting. They can be harsh when needed, but typically they are rather transparent and blend into their surroundings so as not to disrupt the usual flow of events. A good mod has control if his/her temper or emotions and avoids a personal agenda.

Raj exemplifies this.

Me? I'm just a punk kid with a badge and a gun...
