Blimey, it's suddenly got hot in here.

 

Warm spring breeze blowing in of the ocean today. The valley is crystal clear and the temp is about 12C/53F. It's still early and it should get to about 22C/73F.

I think I'll blow out of here and take the S2000 for a spin up in the hills... maybe the Calavares road. It's a long set of twisties with a beautiful resevoir in the valley.

Boy the sky is blue.

It has been sunny all day here but I have been stuck in the office all day.
I intend to do a big drive tomorrow though.

 

I getting out of here.
It's early enough that I can take a fun detour home.

I normally head north (from the red X) on 680 to go home to Pleasanton... but today I'm going south to pick up the Calavares (right side of map) and take it north by the resevoir.

My drive was fun but not long enough. Only about 20 miles, 25 minutes.
Better than working though.

I have only driven the car twice in the last two weeks, and each time it was just to the supermarket and back

I am off on holiday on Saturday, which means it is going to be just about a full month without taking the car for a full on blast

 

feel sorry to you, but......

I haven't drive my car for a long time now, since I am going to school away from home, I can only drive my car in winter break, spring break, and Summer.
so my car is park in the garage for fall, winter, and spring....most time of the year.

 

AVX I'm wondering about the story... you had a 2000 and are waiting for the 2002... What happened to the other... the 2000?
