oh yeah, forgot this one.

If you're in Santa Cruz check out Donnelly's Chocolates.

http://www.donnellychocolates.com/

I was driving down the road and stopped at a light, and looked over and there it was. A little voice said "go in there" so I went in. Damn good chocolates and all kinds of unusual combinations of chocolates. I got a rapsberry and chocolate, some kind of tequila thing, and some hazelnut chocolates. He had all sorts of strange stuff, like brandy chocolates and green tea chocolates. It was damn good.

The first Christmas I spent with Mitch and the in-laws...I brought back some of our traditional chocolates from my family...every year we have chocolates filled with different liquers....Mitch and his family thought this was and brilliant! They'd never seen such a thing...must be a Canadian thing We still have "Brandy Beans" in our pantry!

I have a friend he makes rum balls every Christmas and in an attempt not to lose the rum flavour when making them he has switched to using 151 !

You either have to use 151, or Stroh 180

151 is like 72% dark chocolate... 180 is like 99% chocolate... you gotta cut it with something. Like Jager...
