Here's what working on Saturday should be like. I did a geophysical survey with magnetics and ground-penetrating radar yesterday looking for underground storage tanks in San Fernando, 15 minutes from my house. I got handed a check for $2,200 for one hour elapsed time of work. Plus, I found a tank, so there's more work -- exploratory excavation with a backhoe, maybe tank removal and closure. Life is tough.
