In response to lagging sales management has decided to cut the blue collar work force in half and give 200% raises to upper management. The shareholders were very pleased.

 

Our shareholders obviously aren't pleased... the ones dumb enough to hang on to the stock, at least... but yes, the basic statements of the last year have been "management is working hard and deserves bonuses; engineering and labor is fucking up so we need contract concessions and reduced costs, else we need to outsource your jobs to Mexico and India."
