hopefully you get it back soon....but don't rush repairs...you don't want them messing up..and make sure they torque everything to the right specs!

I sure hope so!

BTW...I didn't have to trade in my rental. One of the VPs here at work offered me up one of his extra vehicles should I need it!

Here are pictures of the gravel that I believe got me.

Looking at this picture I was in the lane on the right. You can see where all it would have taken was a car from the other direction to knock some gravel into my lane or for me to take it a bit wide. Even if I had swung wide, I would still have been in a legal driving area. It was dark, so I didn't see any of this the night of the accident.

Tell me about it!

That's why I'm going to persue ODOT liability. I pay plenty of taxes for them to do a job they are not doing very well.

Hey Luke, I saw a reference to your accident a couple of days ago in the "chicks in love with their s2000" thread but haven't had the ing time to find this thread until today.

Those photos of your beautiful black car made me ... you must have felt the same way! Of course, thank God you and Brian were okay - but still!

On the bright side, at least the new paint will probably be better quality than the soft black stuff they call paint on our cars. And just imagine - smooth and no swirl marks!!

Now that I found the thread, I'll keep up with your progress.
