yeah...yesterday ins. co. mailed out the paperwork w/ the final numbers on it for me to sign. I have to sign them, get it notarized and send it back. Then they mail payment to the lienholder of the old car and send me a check for the rest.

There's a black/black 03 waiting for me at the dealership for $1k over invoice...I just need the friggin money. It's been a month and 2 days since the crash. I haven't driven anything at all. Before this, I had driven for 3 weeks, before that i was out of the country for 2 weeks, before that it was in the shop for an engine replacement, before that i had a broken back and couldn't drive...all year has been shitty for me and driving. I haven't been to the track in my car since last fall.
