Damn, Luke! I'm off the board for 2 weeks and this is what happens? That really f*cking sux... Hopefully, your insurance won't be dix when it comes to helping you fix your car. Our insurance didn't give us sh*t for my stolen Integra...

my insurance wont warrenty the pain job the shop did cause they are not one of their :qualified shops: so that means that i have to sue the body shop for the pain work..... BUT the thing is i was not told that i had a choice of where to take the car and that it shouldve been taken to one of my insurances shops, is that leagal that they didnt tell me? ooooooo did i metion from the paint chipping i have a rust spot!??!

i hope you have better luck with recovery than i have luke...its over a year later and i am still dealing with it

they didnt inform me of anything or of any of my rightts when i was in the accident.....honda said YOU HAVE to go to this shop cause it is our body shop..mind you it was 45 min away... and now my friggin insurance agency wont warrenty the work...grrrrrrrr........

i hope everything goes well with your S and you are back up and ing soon!

That blows....they shouldn't be able to dictate like that. I've been hit by other people in the past and told their insurance company that I wasn't using their approved shops. They got kinda pissy cause they were in a different state, but they had to conform to Oregon law.

The shop I use also gives a lifetime warranty on paint work for as long as I own the car.
