A friend of mine, when he was still living with his parents, was dating a girl who had an apartment. They offered garage spaces at the apartment complex, and he got her to rent two of them.
He used the spaces to store his cars that his parents didn't know about.
One of the rules was that you couldn't work on a car in the garage though.
(That didn't stop us from doing an engine swap on one of his cars there. )

) - That's honestly not too bad of an idea. Until the day he pisses her off and she cancels her contract on that garage while he is out of town.
