ok i swear can i get a break!?!?! on the 7th of july i went to court to appeal my suspension on my license, and the judge dissmised the case saying that they had no grounds on suspending my license for i had not had enough points to. well i just got home from a long ass 9-9day at work and the movies and got the mail, well guess what was in there?!?! i notice from the court that the judge decided to suspend my license that that was his decision.....BUT they have on record that the case was dismissed....so how the hell can it be suspended?!? he cant change his ruling after i leave, what the hell?!?! I HATE THE STATE OF NJ! can i sue them for all this stress and mental anguish that they are puttin me through!?!? and i cant even call the courts till monday, and they say my license is suspended....what am i supposta do!?!? i cant take this shit!

 

Do you have anything in writing that the case was dismissed?

I would guess that you would have grounds to dispute the suspension should anything happen over the weekend. Just exercise restraint and, should you get pulled over, be forthcoming if you are asked any questions.
