My dad had a similar experience at age 40. He thought he pulled something or he also remembered bumping it at work and thought that might my why. He had a major heart attack a few days later.

That's always a risk for me. It runs somewhat in my family. As it stands, I take BP and cholesterol meds. If I'm lucky, I'll avoid having an "incident" until the day I finally check out.

His first heart attack was at age 40. Doctors said he would never leave the hospital. But he did and started taking a shit load of various vitamins after reading an article written by a heart doctor fighting his own heart failure. Finally at age 58, I personally had to give him CPR after his second heart attack. At age 59 he received a heart transplant on Valentines Day. He'll be 68 next month! Miracles of modern medicine!
