You call it turbo timer, I call it ignition cut-off delay. The point is to be able to walk away with the car still idling, until the turbo has cooled sufficiently. both of ya's

 

unless you beat on a turbo car from start to when you park your car, you don't need a turbo timer. just remember to take it easy the last 5 minutes of your drive.

 

friends turbo timer is cool..because it turns the engine off depending on how you just drove...so If you just heated the sucker up..it turns of after a long time....and if you just took it easy..the engine will shut off right away..

Its a turbo timer... cause only turbo cars need it
