s also contribute greatly to C3's prized stats about page views and what not, which he uses as a tool to generate advertiser interest. If you take out the 30 or so s who sit here all day, suddenly those page views and ad hits go way down... Based on averages, I figured I generate the page views of about 200 average visitors to the site every day.

Read C3's reply in the 2nd to last post, comment #2. The average visitor generates 75 page views per month. I figure I do 200-300 page views per day, if not more. Someone like TJ must generate close to 1000/day.

My point was that while we "hog" bandwidth, we also "give back" in a roundabout way. My opinion on the members only aspect means nothing, so I didn't bother expressing it. And I have my reasons for not joining...

How so, robb? I was under the impression that the Corner was a place for people who frequent s2ki as either owners or enthusiasts to go and wander off topic...not just a place for people to come use up bandwidth for conversations that they could use AIM or MSN Messenger for...
