Midwest Kansas IS the Midwest!!!
It contains the center of the US and ask most people what they associate the midwest w/... Kansas will almost always come up. Followed right by Dorthy and Toto.
I'm not really sure how when you start to get that far East they still call it the mid west??

KK = The UK 's who travel round to see Le Mans races and generally cause mayhem where ever possible 
Highlights include watching the evening LM qualifying leaning against the armco watching the cars pass us at 160mph from a restricted part of the track as well as a spirited drive across France & Begium to make it to Spa in time for a beer before the bars shut.
