Default Atlantic City Inquiry

I mean..what to do

So......I'm going "home" for 4th of July weekend (thanks Mikey!!), and will be venturing around the East Coast during the first week in July. (anyone want to meet up for cheesesteak? )

Anyway, I'm thinking about going to Atlantic City for a night (probably get there the 5th, stay until the 6th), but was looking for suggestions on reasonable accomodations, places to go, etc...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My best experience was with the Borgata. It is the youngest oriented hotel/casino with a great atmosphere and fun club - Mixx. From my other experiences, the other hotels/casinos are oriented towards either the 70+ crowd or gambling addicts.

It seems like the Borgata has the corner on the fun market in AC.

For accomodations and amenities at the Borgata.

I won't play blackjack there anymore however.

I haven't been there yet, but I've heard that Tropicana is a blast now too after the put in the Corner (didn't that cost like a billion to set up or something?).

Yeah, it's nice now that they fixed it up. My in-laws live next door to Tropicana (the Ritz condos), so we usually eat at one of the new restaurants when we visit them.

My favorite restaurant in Philly Is the one at the Corner as "authentic" as the one here?
