Default Broken down :-(

Last week my '07 s2k with only 50k miles engine suddenly failed after it started making either ticking or knocking sounds that same day. Towed it to a shop, who tells me that I will probably need a new short block. But they also say they can't find anyone that sells s2000 engines.

The shop owner recommended that I take the car to Scott's Honda in West Chester. Anyone have any experience with them?

Also, anyone have experiences with needing an engine replaced and have tips on where to get an engine or where to go to get it fixed?

Thanks in advance,

Jerry

If you have had it serviced at a honda dealer regularly i would call American Honda and complain they might provide assistance

I agree on Young's Auto. He's awesome. Did great work on my S2k the past 2 years.
