Default coilovers...

What is a decent brand of full coilovers in the $1000 and under price range? I'm asking as I think my driver's side rear is toast, its sitting way lower than the passenger side.

Not full coilovers but if i could do it all over again, my stock springs on koni yellows on the lower perch.

Perfect.

ps: Only I gave away my stock springs, still trying to get the correct set of stock springs for the correct price, then i will go backwards and remove my tein springs.

I've never heard anything bad about Buddy Club N+'s but I don't have personal experience with them. They seem promising since they are height and damper adjustable plus they come with pillow mounts. I think most people get them in the $900-$1000 range.

yeah, I was thinking of the same thing, going with Koni yellows with a new set of S2000 springs on lower perch...are the CR springs different than the other S2000 springs?

I found a set of front and rear Koni Yellow Sport shocks for $610 shipped, is that a decent deal for these shocks?

I run BCs, got them from a seller on here (ryjowisock sp?). $900 something shipped, they came in a few days of payment. Got it aligned at R/T tuning, the alignment specialist used to own an s2k. Gave me the UK alignment plus a little extra in the front, the car is just amazing with grip, way better than stock. ride quality is totally tolerable as well, i have the stiffness set to "stock", ride height is lowered about 1 1/2 inches.

y would u need new stock springs? springs dont "wear" out, yes they rust and crack. but im 100% sure urs r a-ok

cr spring rates are different than the other models as are the 00-01 02-03 04-05 06+

600 is the going retail value for konis so 610 shipped isnt too bad (u can also get koni to revalv them to "s2k" spec but if u do that i dont think they dont come with the warranty anymore)
