Is "Cold Case" shot in Philadelphia?

Is "Cold Case" shot in Philadelphia?
Just wondering if anyone knows if "Cold Case" on CBS is shot in Philadelphia or if only the exteriors are and only when they need a Phila monument, like they do w/ "West Wing"? Just wondering.
