underage DUI is a massive fine and your license is withheld until you're at least 18(I think it might be 21 now).

They revised the laws when I was in high school, and for good reason...sorry kylie. Knowing Kyle and his parents as well as I do, I'd wadger it has more to do with his mom than with the state.

and also if you are over 18 you get the bonus of 48 hours in jail

Eh, my brother got an underage drinking - DUI - speeding citation and all he had to do was a points test, 3 month suspended license, some $$, and a year of ARD.

I think he was 19 at the time.

The car isnt being sold anymore, I am just going to buy it from my parents still for half of what i paid, let it sit around and the minimum suspension is 6 month max is until im 18. This is my first offence, and I commited no road laws except DUI. I had ONE FUKING BEER and blew a 0.03. Its funny, the punishment for drugs is less than alchohol. But, most of you raise a good point. I will stick around, but not as much as I used to. I will still be going to the tokyo deal because I just can .
