Just wanted to bump this with an update, I finally got some clear window sticker printable sheets from office max last night and will be printing the first test page after work. If all goes well I'll post a pic up tonight or tomorrow night of it as a wind blocker sticker spanning the whole bottom.

I was actually looking into some iron on prints (for a different design) a little while ago but found that they seem to give spotty results if not using a heat press. I have actually done screen printing once before back in college with good results but it's a whole lot of effort.

Not sure why, but I never looked into trying to find a local company for printing... I may do that if I get bored later.

Printer as in a person, or as in you can stick a t-shirt through your lexmark?

Going off of J's design, I included the bridge to show that we are more than just philly, also got rid of the bell since we are again not a philly club nor do we have much to do with history or independence specifically.

Btw are we primarily considering these for a upper/lower windshield decal? I have noticed a trend of people showing taller suggestions which would most likely go somewhere else (corner of side window or rear wind panel). I personally like the idea of a lower windshield decal, but would like to know what others are thinking so I can work designs to match scale/format based on location.

perfect.

sticker should be long, we can put them on the side windows at the bottom.

im also down for shirts and hoodies.

AssassinJN, let me know how the clear window sticker works. Is it just clear adhesive, and you can print black ink on top of that?

I have a vinyl plotter at work and some black and white vinyl, if the window sticker doesn't come out well we can try it in vinyl

Yep I'll let you know the results. And it is just as you think, a perfectly clear sticker that you can print onto, so it should work well. I figured this would be a better way to do it for the wind blocker since it it small and there are a lot of little details that really make it work. With the sticker they will have a more rigidity and strength for easy of installation.

For a windshield we'd have to go with the vinyl.

Frank- I can only print as long as a regular piece of paper, so it wouldn't be able to stretch the whole bottom of the window. However if you are ok with it just spanning part then we could do something with that.
