DelVal CO
I'm not a wordsmith by any means so I'll keep this short.
As many of you may have noticed, both Frank and Don have decided to step down from being CO's for our region, due to their ever busier lives. They've done a great job at keeping things going and creating opportunities to meet new people and enjoy the car that brings us here. Over the past 3 years that I've been a part of the community it has has been fairly active. As of late, a lot of the core people have spent less time on the forum but there is a new influx of members who are wondering what there is to do.
I'm asking the community as a whole if you'll allow me to step up and be CO for our region. As newer members buy cars and find our part of the boards I'd like to continue Frank and Don's work of keeping people engaged. The way I see the position of CO is someone who is sort of a face for the community so that members can go directly to with questions or advice/concerns about whatever. I want to encourage everyone to help set up meets for the region, since we are driven by the community but I would personally like to try and host a bigger drive at least once a year.
That's all I have, but while we're on the topic I'd like to say if anyone else is interested in being a CO as well please post up a topic of your own and share your thoughts.
Thanks,
Matt

I agree, as a new owner and member for a while, it would be nice to have someone dedicated to getting our sub-forum more active on s2ki as from when I first joined until present time the forum has not been as involved as I would have hoped and was originally a big plus for me before I made the purchase of my s2000.
