As far as what you can do...
either live with it...
or gut the cans.

or c, which is plausible but completely unrealistic, cut the can in half, fix what's wrong (either weld it or just trim the piece) then have a muffler shop weld it back together.
Or you can swap with me for my borla or stock and I will live with the buzz.

Well with the sound chamber off, I know it sounds a little different. Not much though. Maybe a little deeper. But the HKS does sound awesome! Do you have a test pipe as well? Also, what header are you running?
