Holding up the EZ-pass tag...which is illegal. So we had a nice candid camera shot.

Uh Oh... It's illegal to hold up he EZ-Pass? Is that in their TOS that you agree to when you get the thing? I'll have to take a look.

That's the only way I use it in the S. Perhaps I need to order a 2nd one for the front plate, and leave my normal one in the other car.

Its in their rules....holding it is illegal....

I would have liked to fight it Zippy
...but I think it would have been a lost cause......

Ive gotten violations before when I used my ezpass in another car that wasnt registered to the EZPASS....maybe its just me....I have no luck...

yeah, but what kind of rule is this? it doesn't seem to have any ground as to why it should be against their TOS.

I checked their site yesterday, and found nothing about holding it. I also remember one of the 'FAQ' like questions, and it says you CAN use it in multiple cars.

As for the holding comment- My sister drives a Chevy Venture, and because of the special tinting of the windshield, they INSTRUCTED HER to HOLD the transponder by the driver's side window. Talk about hypocritical.
