Smile got hit by total A$$hat on drivers side

basically i was on fullerton ave in whitehall going towards allentown. there's a hess gas station at a traffic light. before the traffic light they have 2 entrances to the parking lot, both entrances are entrance and exit combined. well i put on my turn signal and make a left hand turn into the first entrance were someone was waiting to make a left to go the direction i was originally headed. i turn and my front tires are on the curb/ramp into the parking lot and he just GOES....plows into my drivers side door at like 5 mph. i started flipping out cuz it was the stupidest shit i've seen in a long time. i mean i drive A LOT for my job and i've been in some crazy situations like almost getting run over by tractor trailers almost once a week....but this is ridiculous.

he's like, "i didn't see your turn signal was on" so i flicked it on and proved to him that it works....and then he has the audacity to ask me:

"Well, why didn't you stop and let me pull out??" UHHHHHHHHH MAYBE CUZ I HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY KING DUMBASS?!?!?!?!

I'll get pictures up soon. Basically, it's pure cosmetic damage so it's not that bad but it's the fact that it happened and the fact that i have to waste my god damn time dealing with this shit that pisses me off. The only good thing about this is that after it gets fixed my car will be back to 100% no damaged panels. there was a mark on the rear drivers side fender right in front of the back wheel from when i clipped a curb making a left hand turn...i'm so claiming that too to get the whole thing done. It's the least that i should get out of the situation in my eyes.

i'll get pics up relatively shortly...they just arn't going to be that great cuz i'll be taking them with my camera phone.

and i have really bad luck..i havn't posted on here in a little bit..and i go on and post a comment on a thread where a guy got squeezed between a median and a big redneck truck...the next day this happens to me..first thing in the morning i didn't even make it a mile from my house. so gay.

that looks like rust in the prior damage.

my guess is most likely the insurance company wont cover that.. and you'll probably have an issue. (I work at a body shop and see proir damage claims all the time)

if they dont cover the repair of it... but need to blend the adjacent panels due to the accident then you may have to pay for the repair of the prior, but they may pay for the refinishing/blending.

hopefully it'll work out in your favor...
