Default Had to get rid of the S2000

I thought about posting in S2000 Talk, but some of my fondest memories of my S2000 came with the DelVal crew. Today I finally traded in my S for a 2006 Toyota 4Runner. I recently got a new job that required a car that was much more practical than the S. The luster sort of faded for me after a while as little things started to happen to the car after I moved away (broken into, fender damage, etc.). I wanted to hold onto it and get a cheap side beater, but after weighing the pros and cons I decided to get rid of her altogether. I patted her on the hood and thanked her for a good ride before I pulled away. I got a good deal on a Sport edition coming off a lease and with an upcoming move and marriage later this year, it was time.

Thanks DelVal for helping to make my experience with my S2000 special and I hope to be back in one sooner rather than later (and make it a proper garage queen and weekend car).

Everyone moves on...but like you said they always come back

G'luck w/the new job, the move, and the GAME OVER

Hopefully I make it out to Cali next year, who knows once I go I may not want to come back...

Thanks Andy! Started today (at 6am). Hit me up when you do make it out. We'll hit up the blackjack tables at the Indian casinos

Sounds good Where are there Indian casinos in Cali? I've been to the Mohegan in CT and loved it there. Nothing beats Vegas though

Pechanga in Temecula (between SD and LA) is similar to Mohegan Sun. Harrah's Rincon east of SD is nice too. Vegas is only 3.5 hours away.

^^^ And you can stretch out the time it takes to loose your money.

I've actually had the best luck at craps, I refer to the game as 'Going to the ATM'...just have to remember it's a net profit game. Can't sweat the losses.
