Default HPDE School - Sept 26-27 NJMP-Lightning

Hi Folks,

I'm writing to invite you to join your Honda/Acura friends at a 2-day HPDE/track school at NJMP's Lightning course on Sept 26-27. The NSX Club of America is hosting our annual track event this year at Lightning and we would love for you to join us.

If you are interested you can find out more information at our registration site:
NSXCA Track Event NJMP

The NSXCA is hoping we can get all of our Honda friends together for this event, but please note that it is open to all makes and models. And furthermore, the track requires S2000s to have a full rollbar installed. Howver I still need to check on whether or not factory hardtops are allowed.

Our clubs runs a very friendly and informative school which I'm sure you would enjoy.

I'm not as active on the S2ki forum as I used to be but will try to check in as often as I can to answer any questions. But also feel free to contact the event coordinator (email address posted on Motorsportreg) who is also my wife.

Looking forward to seeing you at the track.

Best regards,
Don L
Treasurer NSXCA and former S2k owner (2 times!)

Don - thanks for the info and glad to see the event will be open this year.

I'm guessing the rollbar issue will be a significant factor for most of us.

Looks good Don! Barring any unforseen craziness between now and then (knocking on wood), count me in.

Don- If you haven't, probably worth posting this in MetroNY and Mid-Atlantic as well.

Actually, according to section (b) of the regs that Joe quoted, it looks like a broomstick test suffices.

Don? Make sure you ask that.
