I processed an order with HTG on March 29 and it was at my door April 1

Great email contact as well as notifications from Fed Ex with every update. I was impressed and that's hard to do. Anyway, its been about 4 or 5 years since I have ordered anything from him, and if need be I would place another order without thinking twice.

I'm still waiting for my orders from Majestic and Ricks, but those transactions have been smooth as well

You should post your experience in the "talk" forum. Hard top guy has been taking a beating there recently, unfortunately.

I plan to. I'm not sure why he gets negative reviews, I have never had an issue with him in the past or now.

IMHO, the beating was WELL deserved in some instances from the stuff I read.

 

Dying to see your S, Frank. I haven't ordered anything from HTG in a few months but my experience with HTG was excellent. I would definitely do business with them again.

 

Frank-- I am hit or miss with majestic....I ordered sunday from them and it was shipped this thursday. Not bad but I ordered from H and A on sunday and recieved it yesterday

 

They just sent me my UPS tracking information today. As long as the order is correct when it arrives I won't hold anything against them for the two weeks that its taking to arrive.

 

I had ready HTG was having issues as well, but i ordered a few small things from him a few months ago and it showed up just fine. I think he has since straightened most of the issues out.
