Damn Frank you got a hair trigger. I still think its the Volks. Swap the LF to RF and RF to LF to see if the passenger will stick out. Theres no way your cars not put together right since everything else lines up. I think Volk sent you a bad offset for that wheel.

Yeah, I use the NTB in KoP. I bought the 3 year plan for $130, which works out good since I get 2-3 alignments/yr. I usually give the tech who does it $10 afterwards so that they will remember me for next time. They will align it to any specs you give them.

Also, if you are having trouble finding a place that has a low enough rack for lowered cars, go to your local Chevy dealership. Yes that's right, the Chevy dealer - because they all have a special rack to accomodate Corvettes. Just make sure to write down what alignment specs you want for them when you go in.
