Lets do a drive!
I'm familiar with the LV Routes & the Berks Routes.
The LV Route starts at the Target on Cedar Crest and makes it way up to Blue mountain ski and ends at Platzs in Lehighton.
The Berks Route starts off of the gas station on exit 23 on I-78. It works its way up to Locust Lake Park and ends at the golf place in the area.
So far for the areas, these seem to be the most ideal routes with the least amount of traffic. The routes closer to Philly, Philly/NJ are typically congested, even at 8-9am. I haven't looked at anything west of Westchester, but presumably, there should be a decent route to build around that area with a low amount of traffic.

RIVER RD? SOME SPOTS ARE NICE and its a great view
More fun with a single or duo, tough with bigger groups. Lowered cars will bottom out.
