Both were yesterday around 6 I think

I saw a light blue s2k on Rt 130 in Jersey heading towards the Burlinton Bristol Bridge this morning around 9 am or so. I've seen it before. Looks like it has aftermarket exhaust with round tips, but it makes absolutely no noise as it drives.
