If you want a quieter 70mm - look at the T1R ones. HKS is a great one but its 60/63, so not as ideal for FI.
If you are thinking of FI, you will need a new clutch, and depending on how much power, be aware of the differential. Other than that, engine should be ok. Check out the FI subforum, tons of info in there. just make sure you search so you don't get yelled at
