I think the Metro guys have figured something out thats been working for them. May want to pop over and check out their threads. They may have some logistics hints or some of the stuff they went through to get it working.
They have several standing meets at a variety of spots, one in North Jersey, one on LI. There's enough people that they must have some each week, so its kind of run by the participants. Very simple Starbucks in a strip mall in Ft. Lee one night, not sure about the LI location.
