Default my new s2k

Hello all. i have been a member on the site for a little bit now but i wanted to introduce my self since i finally got a S2K. I originally had an 05 Acura TL but i sold it since i needed something with AWD and the TL wasn't cutting it in the snow. I sold the TL in September and got an Infiniti EX35. its cool but it dosn't give me the thrill that im looking for. Fast forward to 2 days ago, I bought a NFR w black interior MY02 from another member on this thread. I am originally from philly but i live in Clifton Heights Delaware county now. The car was in Texas so my wife and i hopped a plane to Dallas on Saturday and picked it up and drove it back. the car had 18,400 miles. now it has 20,000 It was a fun drive although my butt is killing me. probably wont ever take the drive again but at least i can scratch it off my bucket list before i die. I look forward to being an active member on the site and meeting up with other members. I am going to add some mods to the car here and there. but my wife says that since i got my baby, now she wants here baby. . without further ado. here are the pics.. i didn't get any good pics yet. i will post some pics once i get it washed.

Thank you all. i didn't tape it up after i got home. The last picture, i took at 230am when i finally got home. the first few pics are from his garage in Texas. I have a good amount of plans for it. I am going to try to keep a fairly clean setup. rims (preferally 18's ) , coilover setup or just lowering springs for now, CT SC, Carbon fiber tonneu cover similar to veilside one, carbon fiber rear diffuser, carbon fiber ASM front fender with the carbon fiber insert, short shifter, CF side diffusers (I have a friend that is going to make one from scratch, change the radio and speakers (nothing to fancy, just an upgrade. I just put in the CR clear sidemarkers (previous owner had them but never installed), i would like to clear the headlights like i had in my TL, Maybe change the seats for some brides and harnesses. Thats just a quick rundown off the top of my head. I don't think all this will happen this year, but im going to push for next summer. I am trying to buy a new house next.

Those rims on the TL are ronjon legends. ronjonwheels.com. he makes body kits and rims mostly for TL, CL, and RL but im sure he has fitments for the s2k.

thats a nice list of future mods haha.

not sure you will want a short shifter tho, most think the throws are pretty short as they are and a short shifter might be overkill. i dont know too many who installed one, but its your car

maybe not a shorter throw shifter but something a little lower to the console. I feel like the shifter is really high. I might change the shift knob as well. I know that sometimes helps. Overall after driving the car for 1500 miles I must say it is a true sports car. I am still so excited about it.
