New S2000 owner
Hi Guys,
Just joined the site and wanted to introduce myself in the Del Val forum...
Just a little background - I live in South Allentown and have wanted an S2 for over 10 years now, ever since they first came out when I was a senior in High School. I fell in love with VTEC when I first experienced it in a '99 Si. Since then I've become extremely familiar with Hondas, having owned a 93 Civic, a 97 Prelude-SH, working on my bros '02 Si and '98 Accord. Not to mention plenty of experience with Mitsu eclipses and Talons. I have done everything from timing belts and water pumps to main bearings and motor rebuilds. This is why I can appreciate a car like the S2000, its not just another roadster - its the epitome of performance engineering.
I had the first EG B16 swap in 2001 in the Allentown area and since then the car has been thru hell and back - it now sports a custom-built turbo kit. Since last week its been relegated to the driveway to make room in the garage for the S2 lol.
Recently, the car I had since graduating from college - my 97 Prelude SH - was totalled and with the settlement money I decided to get the car of my dreams.
So fellas, here I am. Let me know of any meets or anything in the area.
P.S. I know of 2 other owners in the area from talking with my friends, if u are out there hit me up. Frank from caddy - and a friend of Dave Cam with the 350z.

Hi Kdonlee, yeah Dave said his buddy had an S2 when I told him I was interested in getting one about a month ago. Glad to meet u. We will have to meet up sometime.
As for the internet, I have RCN... U say u can't get it? Is it cause your place won't allow it? or they don't provide where u are located? I have RCN mach-5 I believe its like $53 a month and the service is superfast, very happy with it. My dad has mach 20 I think over in the west end and his is killer-fast.
