Hello Guys. Just wanted to introduce myself to the site/forums. I just recently purchased this 2001 silverstone metallic s2000 with 95k on the clock. I live in the south jersey area and work just outside of philly on the mainline as a Honda tech with 12 years of Honda experience. I own 2 other honda vehicles, a 2002 Civic EX coupe A/T that my wife drives and a 2009 Fit sport A/T the I use to commute to work.

 

Welcome to Del-Val S2ki! We are one of the more active regions and look forward to meeting you at a future meet. We often meet at toney Lukes once month, or do karting events. Keep an eye on the threads and come on out to a meet. Everyone is welcome, and we are a friendly bunch.

We also like to encourage members to plan and host events, so post one up and we'll show up!

This group is also a great source of information for all things s2000. If you have a question, we can point you to the one that know. Since you're a tech, we may be asking you questions!

Sounds awesome I would love to come to events. I assume you meet on Saturdays and Sundays? Hopefully time permits as I am currently in the middle of a home remodel which pretty much takes up my weekends because I am doing most of the work my self (my wife helps a little)

 

looks pretty much stock!? resist the urge to mod beyond just simple bolt-ons, imho. the car is phenomenal in stock form.

attend a trackday or auto-x if time and $$ allows.

Thanks guys, I've wanted one of these for a very long time and found one that was in my price range and in relatively good shape. Secret compartment? I know about the upper and lower compartments between the seats. Is there another one?
