Only S2K? You just run with the wrong group.

Hardtop or rollbar only, correct? Stock will or won't work with them?

Yes sir, hardtop or rollbar.
I asked organizers the first time and they said as long as you sit some number of inches below the factory rollbar top point, you should be good, but I'm not 100% positive about that.
I can shoot them an email and confirm if you interested.

Wrong group? I think I haven't seen anyone on s2k because it was winter sessions (December, January). There was only one instructor with his track dedicated s2k once.

usually the top of your helmet has to be 2 inches below the roll hoops but for most people the stock roll hoops on the s2000 are too low. I know they are for me and I'm 5'9"
you can borrow my hardtop with a 3,500 deposit hahaha

I'm running with hardtop, so I don't care LOL

I think you can get BYS seat rails which lowers seat a little like and 1.5 inch or something. Not sure if it will give you enough room thought. better look for it on a forum.

I've got a rollbar (bolt-in) and a hardtop. I wasn't really concerned w/ myself I was trying to clarify for others as these items are usually a no-go for most.

This!!!

From: Michael Allenbaugh, John Maesky
A: Honda S2000's with the soft top are ok as long as the drivers helmet and the instructors helmet is below the stock roll hoops behind the seats when seated in the car.
Q: Do you know if there is any specific number of inches required between top point of the roll hoop and a helmet?
A: No specific measurement. Just needs to be below the top of the hoop.

How does the hard top help save you if you flip it? I'd imagine it'd likely come off or simply crumple.
