Penndot vehicle damage compensation
Hi all,
Just moved back into the area from VA so semi new to the community. Anyways,
the drivetrain in my car is totally screwed due to some road construction on 202 north right infront of the malvern exit in the right hand lane. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with getting penndot to pay for your damages.

That sucks. I saw a lady who hit it the other day and got it worse then I did. It broke both of her left front control arms, flattened the tire, and ruined the rim. Looked like the whole quarter panel was destroyed. God knows how penndot can leave a road like that for a week without blocking it off or placing warning signs.

You could research who is your local State legislator and give his lcoal office a call. I also doubt that you'd get any $$ but at least would give them some sh*t / embarrassment/ etc.
You should be able to find your legislator HERE via zip code etc.

Only costs you some time!
