Jen,

I've seen penguins too. While I was in Australia, I went to Phillip Island. Saw the fairy penguins come up from the ocean onto the beach and into the sand for the evening. One of those things you just can't see here in NJ. IIRC, the fairy penguins are one of the smallest of the penguin families.

yes gary me and my mom saw somthing about those penguins on teh animal channel i fell in love with them!!!! thats when i decided that one day i am gonna have a pet penguin i know i have been to the zoo so i think that i have seen real penguins too but i was to young to remember maybe ill have to take a bunch of allergy medican and we can take a s2k trip to the zoo..............maybe someone can help me steal a penguin hehe

So what does everyone think about having an Owl as a pet? I don't ask this cause I saw it in Harry Potter (ugh), but I ask because I've always thought owls were beautiful, cute, exotic, and friendly. And I've only seen like 3 wild ones in my life. Does anyone here have an owl as a pet?
