Philly/SJ Happy Hour?
There just weren't as many options for interacting before. People didn't know each other outside as well, so the forum was a great way to keep in touch. As the used prices dropped, the crowd got younger and other social media methods became more prevalent. That's how I see it. There are also those that were active early on, and have really learned everything they wanted to about the car so they don't need to be on all the time like they may have been before.
There's only a small handful of us left, but 2003/4, there was a drive every weekend during the summer somewhere in the area. Now, the first years are approaching 14 years old, its not longer the new, hot car that it originally was.

Jeremy- another OG bit of wisdom..
If you're going to organize, pick a date that works for you, period. If you try to get an agreement or any kind of consensus, it won't work. Plus, you'll get people who didn't speak up show up, and those that say they are in bail last minute.
You're putting the effort into organizing, others can decide if it works or not for them. Just put it out a few weeks or a month so people can plan and arrange things if necessary.
Just my opinion
