Default Retired to the beach

Well, after 45 years for me and 40 for my wife we finally retired within a week of one another and moved to the beach in Lewes, DE. Purchased a new home just outside of town and days are spent golfing, biking, walking, cruising the beach areas and drinking. Lots of Happy Hours around this area. I was contemplating selling the S2000 for a beach vehicle but just could not part with it and my wife did not want me to sell since we have so much fun in it especially now. So, I decided to upgrade probably next year. Need some minor body work and a new lip spoiler. Thinking of some new rims next year. Looked at Tire Rack's selections but didn't see anything I liked. Any suggestions on websites I could look into. I have an 04 model. If anyone visits the area let me know and maybe we can get together. I have a lot of interest for the detailng I used to do very successfully so I am thinking about doing some of that when I get bored. Setting up the garage for that now. Maybe next spring.

Nice Ray, enjoy retirement. Detailing $$ can be used for modding and maintaining the S. Don't think of detailing others as work, think of it as mental health.

Stay healthy.

The wife and I are becoming regulars in Cape May, NJ.

Thanks for the nice comments. It is hard to believe and it seems like my working career went by fast. One word of advice, enjoy life as you work towards retirement. Save some money on a regular basis and stay clear of significant debt but dont sacrifice too much and have some fun. We did a lot of traveling with our family, enjoyed boating and other things but kept an eye on the finances. Worked hard, invested wisely and now we are able to enjoy the good life. Hope all of you will be there one day.
