friend of mine called me today to see if anyone here had their S2000 towed today. the car was parked on 15th between Spruce and Locust......

I have a friend who lives over that way. He is not on this board

 

my friend could not tell then diff.. he told me b/c he knew I was in a club, to give you an idea how clueless he is about the S2000 he told me "oh yeah and it had a black top too"

 

Actually, that comment isn't as strange as it may seem.

I was talking to someone at the hobby shop the other day, and he mentioned his friend has an S2k. (Of course I told him to tell his friend about s2ki.com).

Anyway, he said his friend's is silver, and he has a black hardtop. I was like Huh?, and he said it took months to get it, and he had to fight with Honda.

Don't really know why, if he orders it, and is willing to pay, why should they care what color he wants, and whether it matches.

i know i haven't been on in a while until tonight--but anyways--almost got my car towed this morning in philly--i was at a "friend's" place and the green something school is right behind her--i looked out the window and asked if there was school--she said no(she was still asleep and thought i was asking her if she had school)--ugh--i was like i see a tow truck--she's like RUN RUN HURRY HURRY HURRY--i threw on a shirt and jeans and ran out there just in time to say "it's mine"-and hopped in the car and parked way out on spruce and 23rd and of course got a parking ticket for exceeding the 2 hr limit!

if you park in the school parking you gotta move it by 7:30 am--ugh it was already 8:30am--

anyways--i told her i would've been more upset about the type of tow truck and being towed then the actual bill--oh wait--i'm still unemployed--i would be upset about the bill i can't pay--
