Default Tire Mounting in Camden County...

All,

I just picked up a new set of Work Emotion CR's and Yoko ES100 and need a good place to get them mounted and balanced ASAP. Preferrably, a place with the good Hunter machine. Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance,

-Dennis

P.S. I've had my Fujitsubo on now for 3 weeks and it's amazing. It's definitely the exhaust that should have come stock on an S2K. Once I get my wheels on, I'm gonna grab some pics, sound clips and movies of everything.

Yeah sure.

They are the following:

Front:
17x7 +47
Work Emotion CR (Gunmetal)

Rear:
17x8 +47
Work Emotion CR (Gunmetal)

I'm having second thoughts on the gunmetal on Silverstone, but I'd bet they'd look sweet on your Spa . I thought the color was a little lighter. I'm think I might have to sell these and get Bronze.

I should have them on Saturday. Werbany Tire on the Black Horse Pike in Blackwood has a Hunter 9700.

I ended up getting my Es100's mounted on the Work Emotion CRs at Werbany Tires, on the Black Horse Pike in Blackwood/Glendora/Runnemede. They have a Hunter 9700. I have no more vibration or shake all the way up to 100mph. I defintely recommend them for mount and balance, but in general I'd recommend the Hunter 9700.

I just got back from STPR over the weekend and plan on taking some pics of my S this weekend. Look for a post on Sunday night.

Hey, how did the rear 17x8 +47 wheels end up fitting? What size tires do you have on them? Any rubbing?

I'm curious because I have an old set of 17X7.5 +47mm forged Stern wheels laying around from my Prelude. I was thinking about getting some new tires mounted on them and trying them on the S2000, but I was concerned that my positive offset would be to low in back. But if your 17x8s fit good, then my 17x7.5s with the same offset should be fine...

And incidently, STS Tire rules! They mounted and balanced 4 Kuhmo Victoracers on a set of stock rims for me with new valve stems - all for only $36!

Here's the specs on my wheels and tires:

- Work Emotion CR Wheels (Gunmetal) F:17x7 +47 and R:17x8 +47
- Yokohama AVS ES100 Tires F:205/50-17 and R:225/45-17

They look great on the car and no rubbing issues. The tires were the Work spec. from Work's JP site.

The Hunter 9700 was a little expensive. $30 per wheel, mount/balance.
