i think its a moving violation, so you will get points...
the law can do what ever they want...if theirs a warrant out, call the court house up...its their fault you didnt go to court, but they wont admit to that...

If you were cited for PA VC 3324 "Turning Movements and Required Signals," it is a moving violation, but there should be no points. Definitely pay the citation before the warrant is issued. If you are stopped anytime, even in NJ, you will be held as a wanted person if Philadelphia files a warrant. Not worth the hassle.

I was cited 3334b which I cant find info on. "Signal improper" I dont mind paying if its not a points ticket, but the whole fact of the matter is this happened over 3 years ago and they never sent me a court date that I requested.
