It is nothing to be concerned about... Probably just the design of the exhaust.....

It gives your s2000 the WOO WOO sound!

It actually is some kind of blind extension (i dont' konw the technical term) of your exhause to resonate the exhaust note and make it throatier, so it sounds more pleasing.

I believe it's called a resonator. It does exactly what the name implies, tuning the sound and controlling pressure pulses (same thing, really).
