Just sending out a "buyer beware" to DelVal. This is the seller that yanked the rug out on me on the Hard Top deal. If you choose to buy, make sure to get the deal done quickly. It may have been an isolated incident but I wouldn't give him my money.

And no, I'm not bitter. I ended up gettin the Hard Top from Mani down in Mid-A a week later at a MUCH better price. Now HE was a great seller

 

Cmon Shimer i told you the deal a good friend of mine needed it..There are 3000 people i sold stuff to on this site and none have anything bad to say. If your best friend was in need you would have helped him also so dont try to make it sound like you got played.. Bottom line i knew him for years and we live in the same town... He came with the cash and he is my boy and thats it..

i think Shimer is just sharing information to potential buyers...don't think there is anything wrong with that.. he said he hoped it was an isolated incident. If I were looking to buy something, I'd want to know as much info as possible, just like anyone else would

 

If I told a buyer an item is their's 100%, I'm a man of my word. I follow through with my business deals. I'm sure your friend has car insurance, let them cover the soft top. Anyway, that deal is over and done with. Like I said, I got a better deal anyway so I'm glad you backed out on it. Mani was/is a stand up guy. It's all good.

I didn't say "nobody buy from this guy!". I actually said if you want an item from him, get the deal done quick cause based on my experience buying from you, you might go and sell the item to a local guy even though you "lock up" the deal with a delval guy.

I shared my dealings with you with my friends here in DelVal, now they can make up their minds on their own. If they do decided to buy, good for you and them. I wish you all the luck with your sale.
