As some of you know, my S2k I just bought has some pretty high mileage, the seats are pretty crappy. I preferred the seats with the holes and mesh in the headrests on my AP1. If anyone has a black or red set for sale, I would be interested. Must be mint. Thanks!
UPDATE: I have decided I want to look for a AP2 OEM lip as well! If anyone has one, let me know, color doesnt matter.

UPDATE: oh craigslist, how i hate you.
so i asked the guy who i just bought this set off of if the rails were modified and he said no, just bend the tabs back. i checked them when i bought them, but only the drivers seat. turns out i get home and the passenger seat has a new tab welded onto it. so these are going back up for sale in reading craigslist (s2k seats for a civic/integra should sell quick) so i still need a good set of seats and ap2 lip. willing to settle for any year set at this point, im over the headrest thing. there only only a few color combos im not interested in, such as tan and the 2 years where they did the red down the middle with the black.
