No spoilers other than that I went in with high expectations of seeing a good scare flick and left suprised and undissapointed. From the director that brought you Trainspotting, he takes you on a frightful and suspenseful journey in resident evil type fashion with a twist.... my two thumbs up, go see it!

I on the other hand thought it sucked..

I was hoping for a psycological scare, but it didn't deliver. The gore was not scary at all, giving only jolts due to the audio.

There were some beautiful scenes, cut and otherwise, the face in the sky for example..or the look of the rain coming down..

But long, drawn out, and I had wished a few times I could have taken control of the film and changed it..

I went with 3 others, 2 of them left 3/4's in while I stuck it out, hoping it would all turn around..

My take, 28 days later, will suck for 28 days more

Some one just tell me while in England (an Island) why you would just not take a boat and leave the dam island. First scene boats where everywhere. Oh and why walk when keys to car are on dresser. Common sense was lacking so much it hurt me.

I agree. I was disappointed also.

LOL. About that picture and that scene in the movie. If you noticed, when they finally put on the tire and left the scene, you can see a couple of those zombie's huffing and puffing. Like they were tired from running. For instance, one of them almost had their hands on their knees. I guess zombie's get tired also.

lol,
the movie was still quite unique, I thought it was cool that the zombies were running, FAST, that just made the story a lot more exciting, but one thing that I didn't get was that they didn't take the helicopter at the blockade???

Hahahaha. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Nothing like I expected. Those zombies were kinda cool.

Definatly and intresting movie, i was not dissapointed except for a few stupid things. At first i was wondering why they would simply not take a boat or helicopter to escape, but then i figured it was a heavy duty quarintine, so there would probably be a blockade. There were some other things i couldn't figure out though, i just can't remember what they are.

Pretty funny-there are MANY things about this movie's plot that aren't logical (even in an internal, cinematic sense- I mean please, if you're out flying turbine powered aircraft, aren't you going to send out a message to uninfected folks? and darn, that virus sure acts fast), but I enjoyed it.
