There hasnt been any scary movies since like the early 90s or 80s. All these scary movies are always idiotic.

I think this one is worth seeing. I went last night with about 10 other people and we all seemed to enjoy it. Definately not the scariest movie of all time, but it's fun and it made me jump a few times. I didn't have high expectations for it but it was surprisingly decent.

I thought it was ok. A 5 out of 10. My wife hated it. She said it was not worth the price of admission.

A group of friends and I went and saw it last night. We all liked it and thought it was pretty cool/freaky.

Question

"Amityville" was alright....the story line was kinda dumb....you want a scary movie go to your local movie store and get the asian horror films...(alot of them are japanese). they are scarier because they reflect actual ghost stories that has been encountered by real people.

but japanese films dont have the amazing graphics/effects that american movies have...

I must say that Amityville was really good. I enjoyed it...or maybe it was just the person i was with that made it good? lol
