Default Anyone Seen the movie "Equilibrium"?

Supposedly a Matrix clone. I have not seen it yet. Christian Bale from Reign of Fire is the lead.

People say I look like Tye Diggs who is also in the movie... makes me want to see it.. but I don't think it's even coming to my town. I heard it was ok.

One word: WOW!

I'm usually skeptical about action movies....especially ones that are compared to Matrix. However....this one rocked! It had enough substance to stand on its own.

I would say it had the action of matrix (if not BETTER) and the thought provoking concepts and suspense of Gattica! (Two great movies I might add).

I love movies that execute well and this was it! Please watch it on as big a screen as possible. I rented it on DVD and watched it on my Infocus Projection system.

The cinematography was gorgeous to look at. The music was awesome. Story was good. Acting was perfect.

GO SEE IT!

What a treat! After you see it, you'll wonder why it didn't make any headlines!

Someone else was telling me that it was surprisingly good. She said there was a form of fighting called gun-kata, where the fighters used handguns in a martial arts style.... hmmmm, sounds interesting....

Dude...see the movie and report back! It's one of the better action movies I've seen in a while. Pay attention to the cinematography!
